This is for you if you’re ready to make changes, but want a more personal touch or need more of a mentor to show you how to change your life.

I’m not talking forced deprivation or eating things you hate! Since it’s a one to one, private program just for you, any dietary choices will be addressed, but the focus is on how to add more plants into your diet.

The focus is on a clean diet full of amazing plants! You may want to fully transition to a plant based diet, you may not. Either is ok!

Education into the energy of plants and the importance of adding them into your diet. This is what’s missing from many nutritional change and education programs.

This opportunity includes life coaching and hypnotherapy if called for.  We’ll take a look at other areas of your life that affect your health, areas where you’re not happy, or “stuck.” Stagnation in one area of your life will affect other parts of your life. Example:If you’re not happy in your relationship, that can contribute to you adding on excess pounds that are hard to get off.
