This is about finding the root of unhealthy habits so you can weed out the things that keep you stuck.

Release the weight and begin to root out the habits that sabotage your efforts and progress. Accept and love your body so you want to treat it with respect.

Strategies and action steps that will help you gain control of your eating habits, help you create routines that support a healthy/happy life.

Sometimes life situations and areas where you’re not feeling satisfied or unfulfilled will lead to destructive habits that cause you to gain and hold on to weight.

This session will get you started and inspire you to get going. Sometimes we need a little insight and a supportive ‘push.’

Private coaching “kick start.”

Your ‘Kick Start’ consists of 3 sessions, once per week, which are tailored specifically to you. If you’re tired of feeling unhealthy or heavy in any area of  life and you want to release weight while adding more plants into their diets, also those interested in fully transitioning to a plant based diet.

**Note, it’s not required that you fully transition to a plant based diet. It IS REQUIRED that you’re ready and willing to make positive changes in your diet for both weight release and glowing health.

Note: You’ll have VIP email support for the duration of the program and four weeks after, which means your emails are top priority.

The focus is on a clean diet full of amazing plants! You may want to fully transition to a plant based diet, you may not. Either is ok

This opportunity also includes life coaching and hypnotherapy if called for. We’ll take a look at other areas of your life that affect your health, areas where you’re not happy, or “stuck.” Stagnation in one area of your life will affect others. For example, if you’re not happy in your relationship, that can contribute those excess pounds that are hard to get off.
