Why do I keep repeating the same patterns over and over again?
I recently has a session with my lovely coach where we examined the stories and plots that had taken place in my life. This was not to get stuck in the past, but to examine themes that I had been acting out in my life.
I had many powerful realizations about how many of these stories were on repeat, tethering me to painful plots with unhappy endings. Painful plots that left me feeling powerless to make any progress in my life. They affected my personal as well as my business life.
Many of the habits I had been carrying were the result of my frustration of being immersed in the dramas of life. I looked around and saw others in their own stories. Sometimes our dramas would intersect.
I have added this powerful tool to the way I can help you create new plots and stories and get rid of the things that are holding you back. Grab them by the root and remove the deep cause of those destructive repeating stories. Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in your life? It IS possible to interrupt that tendency.
Did you know that you can erase the stories you are playing a part in? It is an effective way to change your whole life. If you are ready to let go of those stories you are attached to the way is cleared for afabulous transformation for all areas of your life.
This is the thing though, you must really release them and receiving support along the way will help you make those changes permanent. I have an ongoing relationship with my coach. I find myself reaching out regularly when I find myself falling back into old mindsets and falling back into the same dramas. Awareness is key. She holds me accountable to my commitments in a loving way, helps me lift out of my life and take a birds eye view of the confusion. That’s usually all it takes to break free.
I just wanted to say how transformative this has been in my life. I can help you in this way, contact me if you’re feeling stuck. Either that or take the time to examine the patterns you are playing a part in. If it’s messy and confusing, consider enlisting help and support. I can’t say enough how powerful it has been to work with a coach.
